I ended up finding a dress that I absolutely loved. It fit great and looked gorgeous. The gal helping me measured me and even brought someone else over to help make sure everything was correct. At no point was I told what size they were ordering for me and I never thought to ask because, naturally, I assumed they would be ordering the same size that fit me in the store. About a month later, I received a call letting me know my dress was in and that I needed to come in to try it on. When I arrived, I actually had to ask to try the dress on because the employee was simply going to hand it to me and let me walk out with it. This was confusing, especially since I had specifically been told I needed to come in and try it on. As soon as I put the dress on, I knew something was wrong. It was way too big and looked nothing like the dress I had originally tried on and fallen in love with. I explained my concerns to the employee, and instead of remeasuring me or trying to figure out what had happened, she grabbed the back of the dress and pulled it in toward my body to make it appear as though it fit. We purchased my daughter's homecoming dress from here. We did a "final try on" at home to make sure everything was good to go 3 days beforehand, and found a manufacturer's defect. One of the seams had popped. I sent Olive & Grace a message at 9:30PM-ish on the Wednesday before the dance, asking if they would fix it for us. I received a reply within 15 minutes asking if I could bring in on Thursday morning. Showed up, dropped off the dress, and picked it up on Friday! I was extremely pleased with the customer service we received from both of the ladies I dealt with! And the dress looked stunning - couldn't even tell!

I went in a couple different times this past week looking for my perfect wedding dress. The first time I went in, the two associates working were very helpful as I tried on several dresses. I ended up falling in love with 2 different dresses. I had 2 other dress shops I had appointments with later in the week. I went to one of the appointments and still had the dresses from Olive and Grace on my mind. So, I canceled my appointment with the third dress shop and immediately called Olive and Grace to see when I could come back. They were able to get me in right away so I could try on the two dresses I fell in love with earlier that week, plus one more dress that had caught my eye. I made the final decision and I absolutely love my dress!! Everyone there made the process so easy. I am so glad I bought my dress from Olive and Grace! I highly recommend!!

2 weeks before our Marine Corps Birthday Ball, I popped in here to look through some options and fell in love with so many! Great range, affordable prices, and such sweet help! Even brought along my two toddlers and everyone was so pleasant and helpful! Thank you all!

They have an amazing collection. If you are looking for plus size dresses, this is the place to go! They have many plus size options to try on. They are currently located downstairs with LOTS of choices for Prom and Wedding (bridesmaids, flower girl, mother of the bride/groom). The owner and staff are kind, accommodating, and wonderful. I would recommend them highly!
